One of the things you'll enjoy most at Avimor is the simplified the process of selecting, financing, personalizing and building your new home. Aside from custom homes, all of the homes here are being built by SunCor Idaho, LLC, who will walk beside you through every step of the sales, construction and warranty process, making your new home buying process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
1. Select your home design. Avimor currently has 19 separate and distinctive home designs, with more in the works. Homes range from just under 1500 sq. ft. to almost 4000 sq. ft., and can be placed on a variety of different lot sizes. This level of versatility almost guarantees that you'll be able to find that “perfect match." 2. Select your home site. Whether you prefer a small, low maintenance yard, or room to play Frisbee with the dog, you’re sure to find the right fit from our selection of lot dimensions. With standard lot sizes ranging from an economical 45’x110’ to generous 90’x130’ (and everything in-between), there's something here for everyone.
3. Secure your choices. When the time comes to make it official, the Avimor sales team will lead you through the Purchase Agreement, and answer any questions you have. The sales team will also give you the opportunity to take advantage of substantial financial incentives associated with the use of the Avimor preferred lender, SunCor Financial. They provide an excellent array of loan products to meet your needs, and keeping your financing under one roof ensures that the lending process goes smoothly.
4. Personalize your home at the Avimor Design Studio. Once your home and lot have been formally secured, the real fun begins! Although a basic home at Avimor features an impressive list of standard designer features, you will have ample opportunity to apply your “personal touch” to the interior presentation of your new home. An Avimor Interior Design Specialist will help you make choices on everything from interior paint schemes to cabinetry, flooring to fixtures, appliances, and countertops. Once these important decisions are finalized, the construction process kicks off and your new home is underway.
5. Staying informed during construction. Prior to breaking ground, an Avimor construction professional will conduct a “pre-construction meeting” with you to review your choices and ensure understanding of your wishes and expectations. During construction, you'll be updated as significant construction milestones are achieved. This is especially comforting for buyers who live out of the area. Once the home reaches the framing stage, you will be invited to meet with the construction superintendent and personally inspect your home.
6. Final walk-through and move-in. About a week before your closing date, you'll walk through your home with a member of the SunCor Idaho, LLC, construction team. This will be an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the mechanical systems and creature comforts of your new home. You'll also be able identify any minor details that need further attention and have them taken care of them prior to your date of close. Upon closing, you'll receive the keys to your new home and move in!
7. SunCor Idaho, LLC, will take care of you - even after you move in. Relocation, along with the time leading up it, can be very hectic. Under the circumstances, it is not unreasonable that something could be overlooked at the final walk-through, or that you could discover something after you’ve had time to live in the home for a while. In recognition of that, approximately 30 days after you move in, a member of the Suncor Quality Assurance team will schedule a visit to your home to address any outstanding issues, and answer any lingering questions you may have about….well, anything.
Your one-year Limited Warranty will protect you during that critical first year, when construction issues tend to manifest themselves. Exceeding expectations is the goal and achieving that goal is how SunCor earns customers for life. As time goes by, and Avimor grows, your needs may grow and change as well.
