Liberton, a model home in the new Avimor master planned community northeast of Eagle, is the recipient of six awards for high achievement in creative design and quality construction from the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI) in its 2008 Parade of Homes.

The two-story, 3,620 square foot Liberton is one of seven models now open at Avimor, a community being built by SunCor Idaho, Inc.

Five awards, in the following categories, made the Liberton one of the judges’ most popular Parade of Home entries:

• Kitchen Design
• Master Suite
• Interior Finish
• Interior Architecture
• Exterior Architecture

The Liberton was also recognized as Best in Category for:

• Energy Efficient Design and Construction

Other exclusive features of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath model include a quarter acre lot, wrap-around backyard porch, and the option of a detached casita or office. In addition to the award winning kitchen design, the model includes formal dining, a breathtaking master suite, dual walk-in closets, game room, and bonus room.

The BCASWI is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible development of the community. Entries are judged by a committee of professionals from the home building industry on a variety of criteria ranging from kitchen design to overall home energy efficiency.
