Right in the heart of the Community Center, residents enjoy access to an Ada County Library annex — a quiet, welcoming space stocked with books, magazines, and cozy reading corners. If you don’t find what you’re looking for on the shelves, you can order items from any Ada County Library location and have them delivered directly here at Avimor. It’s perfect for readers of all ages, book clubs, homework help, or grabbing a novel after a swim or workout.

Cast a line and relax at Avimor’s scenic catch-and-release fishing pond — stocked with fish and ideal for families, kids, or anyone who loves peaceful time outdoors. Bring your gear, enjoy nature, and make memories by the water. In 2026, an additional pond will be added, offering even more room for fishing fun and quiet reflection.

Pickleball fever is strong in Avimor! Enjoy three current pickleball courts, including a covered court in Howell Station that lets you play rain or shine. And there’s more to come — four additional courts opening Spring 2026 will expand play to a total of seven, perfect for casual games, practice sessions, or friendly neighborhood tournaments.

Cool off, get some laps in, or enjoy family swim time at Avimor’s two community pools. The indoor pool is heated, making it comfortable for year-round swimming, lessons, and water play. The outdoor pool brings sunshine, relaxation, and plenty of splash time in warm weather — a favorite gathering place for neighbors of all ages.

Kevin Pavlis Park celebrates both trail adventure and community spirit. This groundbreaking trail system — the first of its kind in Southwest Idaho — offers purpose-built adaptive mountain biking routes, welcoming riders using a variety of adaptive bikes and skill levels. Named in honor of Kevin A. Pavlis, a devoted coach and advocate for adaptive athletes, the park stands as a living tribute to inclusion and access. Phase 1 features roughly 5 miles of trail, blending beginner-friendly paths with intermediate loops and skill-building design, all made possible by community support and volunteers.
