Warranty Process

Warranty isn’t a Department it’s an Attitude!

You are now part of the Avimor family.  At Avimor we pride ourselves in providing not only a great home but also a great experience and for that we have just the plan.  The following timelines are provided to familiarize you with the journey we are about to take together.

    • Homeowner Orientation

      You’re almost home! Approximately four to six weeks before the scheduled completion of your home, you will be contacted with detailed information about your closing and orientation. At this meeting your Avimor Care Representative will provide an overview of your homes working systems, answer all your questions and make note of any items needing attention. To ensure your home is 100 percent ready for your move-in please allow 5 business days between your orientation and your closing.

    • 45-Day Care Checkup

      At this point you are settled in and will likely be out of most of your boxes. Once the stress of the move has subsided and you’ve had a few weeks in your home you may have a question or two. For this reason, we will reach out to you around 45 days after move-in to make sure things are going well and to answer any of those questions. We won’t be a bother; we just want to make sure things are great.

    • 11-Month Tune-up

      After your home has lived its first year it may require some fine tuning, that’s our job. We will reach out to you again to see how things are going and if needed we will send someone by for an inspection. This is another great opportunity for us to shine, if it needs a tune, it will get a tune. It’s the little things.
