We recently moved into our new home built by Avimor Builders, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. The entire process was smooth and a wonderful experience. John Rogers (realtor) was amazing to work with, and Daniel Mace (general contractor) makes sure every detail is taken care of. The landscape company and stonework people are true masters of their craft and take pride in their work. All of the sub-contractors were incredible. I would highly recommend Avimor Builders.

A beautiful community north of Eagle in the foothills. Away from the surrounding cities and broken up into smaller groups/clusters/villages of homes. It's a breath of fresh air and a culture of others who like what the trails, community center and other features offer. The neighbors are warm and caring.

Avimor is a growing community, if I could retire today I would move there, I have been there 6 times it gets better each time. Nice open floor plan homes, beautiful views lots to do in the area and lots of good people. All of the treasure valley is nice, lots of parks, hiking walking, biking, fishing, eating and shopping 😊 Lots of friendly people 🙋‍♂️

This is a wonderful community with phenomenal people who, after living here for a while, are family. We would not wish to live anywhere else. As my husband (retired military) says: I have never had roots or even 20 years in Florida never felt at home, since we moved here, for the first time I feel I have roots, I AM HOME.

Don't get me wrong, Avimor is not perfect but which community is? However, where can you walk into the office and talk to the General Manager or Developer? In Avimor you can, and if both have time to answer your questions, they gladly will do so. (Sometimes you might not like the answer, but you get one). Avimor is expanding and growing. It will be a city with lots of open spaces and wildlife. Before you decide if Avimor is the right place for you, please check their website, ask people who live here what they think. We are a very friendly community. See you in "the hood".

I just worked with my brother to find him a new home in Avimor. It’s a beautiful community with tons of open space. After recently going through a divorce it was really fun to see him and his kids enjoying the community pool the first night they stayed at their new home. As a born and raised Boise native I feel this community is the essence of what idaho is all about.

Love it! The wildlife the trails the people. Being out of town and away from the city life! Couldn't ask for more!
